By downloading, installing, or using the mCash Browser application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must uninstall and discontinue using the application.

1. Virtual Economy & Browsing Rewards

mCash Browser provides users with the ability to earn virtual reward points ("Coins") through valid browsing sessions, ad viewing, and promotional tasks. These Coins may be redeemed for digital rewards as specified inside the App.

Right to Modify Virtual Economy

ByteStudio reserves the absolute right to manage, regulate, modify, rebalance, or eliminate virtual currency, reward rates, conversion formulas, and redemption thresholds at any time without prior notice or liability.

2. Account Security & Prohibited Activities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. To preserve system integrity and fair distribution, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using emulators, virtual environments, automated click scripts, VPNs, or proxies to simulate user activity.
  • Registering multiple accounts on a single physical device or attempting to bypass device hardware checks.
  • Exploiting software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineering API endpoints, or manipulating reward timers.
  • Automating browsing behavior or injecting spoofed web requests into the App.
Account Termination Policy

ByteStudio reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any user account found violating these Terms. Banned accounts forfeit all accumulated virtual Coins and pending redemption requests.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

mCash Browser is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted application availability or error-free reward tracking. In no event shall ByteStudio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
