1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, browsing, or using any ByteStudio service, application, or website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or possess valid legal parental/guardian consent if between 13 and 18) and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services and uninstall our applications.

2. Use of Services & Application License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ByteStudio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and run our applications for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices.

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from any software or web app operated by ByteStudio.
• Bypass, alter, or breach any security features, licensing mechanisms, or digital rights management protocols.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to harvest data or interact maliciously with our endpoints without prior written permission.
• Use our services for any illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or harmful activities under applicable local and international laws.

3. User Conduct & Communications

Certain applications (e.g., Omegal Video Call, community forums, or feedback systems) permit user communication or interaction. You are solely responsible for your conduct and content shared through our platforms. Harassment, hateful speech, explicit material, impersonation, or distribution of malware is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service suspension or permanent ban.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Certain features or digital products within ByteStudio applications may require payment or recurring subscriptions. Payments are billed securely via official app store providers (Google Play Store, Apple App Store) or web billing integration (RevenueCat / Stripe).

• Pricing: Prices are displayed prior to purchase and are subject to change with notice.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle via your store account settings.
• Refunds: All purchases and subscriptions are governed by the refund policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to ByteStudio's services—including logos, source code, designs, artwork, graphics, user interface elements, trademarks, and documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of ByteStudio and its licensors. Unapproved commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES, WEBSITES, AND APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BYTESTUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR ABSOLUTE SECURITY.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BYTESTUDIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

9. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our applications or website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
