These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JPG to PDF Converter mobile application (the "App"), developed and published by ByteStudio ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
1. License Grant & Permitted Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and execute the App on supported mobile devices for personal, educational, and commercial document conversion purposes.
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or its rendering engine.
- Distribute, lease, rent, sublicense, or resell copies of the App to third parties.
- Circumvent or tamper with built-in advertising mechanisms or security controls.
- Use the App to generate, convert, or distribute illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
2. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership, title, and copyright in all photos, documents, and files you select or capture within the App. ByteStudio does not claim any intellectual property rights over your source documents or resulting PDFs.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold the appropriate legal rights, licenses, and permissions to convert, share, or publish any photos or copyrighted materials processed through the App.
3. No Watermark Guarantee
Exported PDF files created using the standard features of JPG to PDF Converter are generated without intrusive watermarks, branding stamps, or promotional overlays.
4. Advertising & Free Access
JPG to PDF Converter is offered as a free-to-use utility supported by programmatic in-app advertising delivered via Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of advertisements. You may opt out of personalized ad tracking through your device operating system settings.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP AND ITS PDF RENDERING ENGINE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
ByteStudio makes no warranty that the App will meet your specific document format requirements, that generated PDF files will strictly comply with third-party portal upload restrictions, or that conversion operations will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted across all hardware configurations.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BYTESTUDIO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, FILE CORRUPTION, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR SUBMISSION DEADLINE DELAYS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
7. Changes to Terms & App
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the App or revise these Terms at our discretion. Any revisions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
