Live Interactions & User Safety
Milo facilitates real-time, live video chats directly between users globally. Because connections are instantaneous and direct (peer-to-peer), ByteStudio cannot monitor live video feeds in real-time. By utilizing the App, you acknowledge that you may be exposed to offensive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior from other participants.
1. User Behavior & Content Disclaimer
ByteStudio has no control over and accepts no liability for the conduct, actions, speech, or content of any user on Milo. While we offer reporting tools and automated bans, we do not screen or verify users before they connect. You are solely responsible for your interactions and must exercise caution, discretion, and safety guidelines during your matches.
2. Technical & Connection Uptime
We build Milo using high-performance protocols (WebRTC). However, connection stability, video quality, and matching success are dependent on external variables (including your local cellular connection, device camera hardware, and peer network bandwidth). ByteStudio does not guarantee that services will run without delay, latency, frame drops, or service interruptions.
3. Virtual Items (Gems) Disclaimer
All virtual goods, tokens, or currency (such as Gems) purchased in the App store are purely virtual items intended for entertainment value and to customize match parameters. Gems are not legal currency, do not collect interest, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for real-world currency under any circumstances.
4. Device Vulnerability
ByteStudio is not responsible for device damage, data leaks, or software errors occurring due to installing Milo on jailbroken or rooted devices. Running the App on modified operating systems bypasses device security systems and cancels the application security support.
