Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Milo mobile application (the "App") operated by ByteStudio ("us", "we", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or utilizing the App, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using and uninstall the App from your device.
1. Use of the App & User Conduct
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment and matching services.
Milo is a real-time face-to-face matching application. To ensure a safe community, you strictly agree to the following conduct rules:
- No Harassment or Abuse: You will not threaten, harass, insult, or target other users in match sessions.
- No Inappropriate Content: You will not exhibit nudity, sexual behavior, graphic violence, or offensive gestures during video calls.
- No Impersonation or Spying: You will not stream recorded videos as your camera feed or pretend to be another person.
- No Bots or Automation: You will not use automated scripts to queue or send spam messages.
ByteStudio employs automatic filtering and user report protocols. Violation of any user rules will result in immediate termination of access, hardware identifier bans, and deletion of remaining in-app virtual currency without refund.
2. Age Limit (Strictly 18+)
Milo is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we detect or are notified that a user is under the age of 18, we will immediately ban the device from accessing our services.
3. Virtual Currency (Gems) & Billing
The App features a virtual currency system ("Gems") used to purchase matchmaking preferences, unlock premium filters, or book options.
- Gems are virtual items only and hold no real-world monetary value. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- Purchases are processed through native app store payment channels and managed via RevenueCat. All transactions are final.
- ByteStudio reserves the right to modify pricing, virtual currency bundles, or deduct gems in the event of bugs, hacks, or violations of community guidelines.
4. Device Security & Jailbreaking
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and managing access to the App. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone (removing software restrictions imposed by your device's official operating system). Jailbreaking or rooting could expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and cause the App to malfunction or cease working.
5. Connectivity and Data Charges
Key features of the App (such as searching matching queues, streaming video feeds, and resolving database credentials) require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data).
By using the App, you accept responsibility for any charges incurred from your mobile network provider for data usage. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have obtained permission from the bill payer prior to using the App.

The App integrates third-party services that maintain their own terms and agreements. By using the App, you also agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of these providers:

Milo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ByteStudio does not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, or function without disruptions or delays.
ByteStudio is not responsible for the behavior, speech, or conduct of any user during match sessions. Under no circumstances shall ByteStudio be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your video matches, communications, or reliance on the App.
