Welcome to Omegal Video. ByteStudio ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting user privacy while facilitating peer-to-peer real-time video connections. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection, video transmission, and account security.
1. WebRTC Peer-to-Peer Video Architecture
Omegal utilizes WebRTC peer-to-peer technology for video calls. Audio and video streams are transmitted directly between call participants. We do not record, store, monitor, or archive video call streams on ByteStudio servers.
2. Information Collection
To maintain signaling servers and enforce community safety, we collect minimal operational data:
- Signaling & Session Data: Temporary IP addresses and session negotiation tokens required to match two peers.
- Device & OS Identifiers: Unique hardware identifiers and app build numbers to identify and block abusive or banned devices.
- Safety & Moderation Flags: On-device automated frame checks to detect community policy violations.
3. Age Restriction & Protection of Minors
Omegal is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data or permit usage from minors under 18. Accounts suspected of underage usage will be immediately suspended.

Omegal may integrate Google AdMob or analytical SDKs to sustain server infrastructure. These third parties collect non-sensitive telemetry data in accordance with their privacy policies:
