These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Omegal application created by ByteStudio. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Mandatory Age Requirement (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Omegal. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Community Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a respectful environment, users must refrain from harmful behavior. You agree NOT to:
- Broadcast adult, sexually explicit, obscene, or violent video content.
- Harass, threaten, bully, or discriminate against other users.
- Record, screenshot, or distribute another user's video stream without their explicit prior consent.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate matching pools.
ByteStudio enforces a zero-tolerance policy against inappropriate behavior. Violators will face immediate, permanent device-level bans.
3. Limitation of Liability
Omegal connects independent users in real-time. ByteStudio does not control and is not responsible for the speech, actions, or content shared by strangers during video sessions. Users engage in video calls at their own risk.
