Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Sarkari Jankari mobile application (the "App") operated by ByteStudio ("us", "we", or "our").
By downloading or utilizing the App, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using and uninstall the App from your device.
1. Use of the App & Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes.
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App, our design layouts, or our trademarks.
- Attempt to extract or decompile the source code of the App, translate the App into other languages, or create derivative versions.
- Use any automated data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods on the App.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App remain the sole property of ByteStudio.
2. Device Security & Jailbreaking
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and managing access to the App. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone (the process of removing software restrictions imposed by your device's official operating system). Jailbreaking or rooting could expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and cause the App to malfunction or cease working entirely.
3. Connectivity and Data Charges
Key features of the App (such as receiving real-time job alerts, retrieving exam details, and checking notifications) require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data).
By using the App outside of Wi-Fi zones, you accept responsibility for any charges incurred from your mobile network provider for data usage (including roaming data charges if you access the App outside your home region or country). If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have obtained permission from the bill payer prior to using the App.
4. Accuracy of Information & Disclaimer of Liability
Critical Notice: Sarkari Jankari is an information aggregator. While we strive to ensure that all job notifications, exam dates, admit card links, and results are accurate and updated in real-time, the data is gathered from public government websites, employment newspapers, and third-party recruitment agencies.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information displayed in the App. Under no circumstances shall ByteStudio be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damage resulting from your reliance on the information provided in the App.
User Action Requirement: You must always verify the official notifications and check the corresponding government portals (listed on our Disclaimer page) before submitting applications, paying fees, or making career decisions.

The App utilizes third-party services that maintain their own terms and agreements. By using the App, you also agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of these providers:
6. Updates, Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify the App, update features, or cease providing the App at any time without prior notice or liability.
From time to time, we may release updates to patch bugs, introduce features, or comply with operating system changes. You agree to download updates when prompted to continue using the App. We do not guarantee that updates will always support the specific OS version installed on your device.
Upon any termination of the App or your access license: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end; and (b) you must cease using the App and delete it from your device.
